I recently had the pleasure of working with LNM Construction for flatwork for a residential project involving sidewalk replacement and the construction of a new patio. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. I found this skilled professional through Thumbtack, and I am delighted to share my positive experience and give them a well-deserved 5-star review. From the initial consultation, the contractor displayed high expertise and professionalism. He had a clear understanding of the work and listened to my overarching concerns. Their knowledge of code requirements, and doing the job 'correctly' not 'fast' was very evident. The execution of the project was nothing short of impressive. The team arrived within 2 weeks (Far ahead of schedule) and their attention to detail was evident from the moment they began. They removed the old sidewalk and patio and got rid of everything and within 3 days I had a new sidewalk and patio. Every aspect, from the layout and leveling to the finishing touches, was executed with precision and skill. Throughout the project, communication was seamless. The contractor provided regular updates on the progress, ensuring that I was informed every step of the way. They were receptive to any feedback or changes I had, always striving to accommodate my preferences without compromising the overall integrity of the project. The entire team was professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the project. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this cement contractor highly enough. From their expertise and professionalism to their outstanding craftsmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction, every aspect of working with them was exemplary. If you need a cement contractor for any residential project, look no further. This contractor is a true gem, and I am grateful for their exceptional work.

Beautiful looking full replacement of the driveway, sidewalk, front steps and landing by the front door. Luis and crew fixed drainage and step height problems that occurred after years of settling. Great to work with!

It was a wonderful experience and I absolutely love the work done. Luis was patient, he explained every detail thoroughly and he always answered our calls with a friendly demeanor. I received many estimates but I am glad I went with LNM Construction because Luis fulfilled the project in a timely manner and the work was top quality. Will definitely hire LNM Construction for future projects.
