As new residents of Orland Park we chose a home that required a complete renovation but we recognized that once completed, the house would become our home rather than us living is someone elses. The entire house needed new flooring and we had some very specific ideas on both what we wanted and how we wanted it to look. We were referred to Floor Coverings International and were connected with Judy OReilly. Judys energy and enthusiasm for our project was evident in that first meeting. She listened intently and started to match what we described to her many samples of product that she had with her in her van. No need to travel from store to store, she had it all with her. Once she had a complete understanding of what we wanted, thats when she got to work. She spoke with her installers and suppliers and worked out a price that delivered high end, quality material with expert installation at a price that importantly fit within our budget. Her personality, professionalism, communication and attention to detail fit perfectly with us and made this flooring project not only a huge success but a pleasure to deal with. How often can you say that about a contractor these days? We will both recommend Judy to anyone that needs flooring. You wont be disappointed by calling her first.Jeff and Beth H.

Judy was sooo easy and great to work with! From working around our schedule to meet up and look at samples, to an absolutely flawless installation. Judy helped us figure out which option would be best to replace our carpet and we could not be happier with our new floors! She will definitely be our first call for any rooms in the future!

Judy is a fantastic at what she does! She is friendly, organized, professional, and reliable. If you have a busy schedule and get stressed about making it out to the hardware stores, stress no longer! Judys business is mobile and she will come right to you. That way you can see all of your flooring options in your own home which allows you to make the best decision for your house.I have 3 naughty cats (who always scratch at carpets) and one crazy Australian Shepherd so it can be hard to keep my floors neat and tidy. Judy knows all the different flooring options and can help you select which would be the best fit for you and your family.

    We typically aren't the cheapest option because we only high quality materials with warranties to help your floors last longer. We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Our goal is your long term happiness in your flooring!
