Kevin McCabe design is ‘THE’ company when it comes to fast-turn around, quality, meticulous, precious Architecture work, that is affordable & responsive. We had a fast moving project and I interviewed a few people but when Kevin presented us with his sample plans & energetic views, we quickly picked them. They did a fabulous job !! his civil eng team is fantastic as well (Kudos to you and Randy) !!They went above & beyond, were in constant contact during the project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is typically a fixed fee price. This is a preferred fee structure since every job is different. I can also do an hourly fee but it is very hard to give an overall cost of a project when it is hourly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to talk over the phone to discuss your project. I would then come to the customers home to discuss more and to see the project in person (if it is a remodel or addition). After the initial in person meeting I would then send the customer a proposal for the fee to complete the project.
Once the project begins I will work with the customers to achieve the design they are looking for, as well as maintain their budget for the project.

Degree in Architecture and the Arts from the University of Illinois at Chicago
