Michael tailors the training sessions to you - I always feel like I get a great workout and am more motivated at the end of each session. Each training session is a little different, keeps things interesting and makes me look forward to working out. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Prospective clients will visit the gym, go through a basic movement assessment, and participate in a workout. We then discuss options for training and programming.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Constantly! I love this stuff. I am continually reading books and articles, training with specialists and coaches, and always trying new things in my kitchen and workouts.
