Introduction: At Experity, we have members complete movement assessments to understand the mobility and stability challenges that they are experiencing. We then develop a custom training program that will improve joint mobility, restore core stability, and improve muscular strength and endurance. I love being active and moving all day. Working in a cubicle terrifies me! It is great having a profession that is high-energy, social, and rewarding. I am very fortunate!

Michael is very knowledgeable about health and well being. He is practical about applying that knowledge to me because he takes time to learn about my lifestyle and exercise preferences. I really appreciate Michael's willingness to listen, but also his coaching to make my workouts rewarding each and every time. Michael also offers a great perspective on balancing food and beverage, an area where I have really improved from being around him. I had a great workout with Michael! Relentless energy, great results, positive reinforcement, and holding me to task are some of the main qualities that kept me going w/ Mike! I like the variety offered to keep even an avid workout enthusiast like me interested as well as seeing positive gains in my: physique, cardiovascular endurance, & mental acuity. Definitely recommend!

I contacted mr ockrim to help me formulate a plan for dealing with my diabetes. I was struggling with what foods to eat and how to prepare them most nutritionally Mike went through my kitchen and helped me understand what was right and wrong with my eating habits. We shopped for a better variety if food and then he showed me the best ways to prepare the foods. We formulated a work out routine and schedule that was within my physical capabilities and time constraints Michael has a very engaging and upbeat personality I would definitely recommend him as a life coach
