The technician (Mr Moussa) was very thorough and quick. He explained the situation to me and the remedy was very quick. Also offered recommendations for my furnace for the future I was very pleased. We have a warm home again. I would highly recommend HVAC Heros for quick service calls.

Awesome to work with. Initial response was great. Able to schedule me the same day. Resolve my issue on the first visit. He taken the time to properly diagnose the issue. Explained the issue to me and the steps that he was going to take to get me operational. When he was done everything was fully operational. I was also advised of what I can do better in maintaining my AC. Thanks!!!
