This is the guy! First time using thumbtack. Extremely satisfied. Got there quick. Gave me an evaluation, solution, and cost for some ductwork repair. Very fair price. He took before and after pictures for me. It is completely fixed and never worked better. 10 out of 5 stars for this guy. Highly recommended.

Tim was amazing at taking an extremely old rusty water valve with rusty pipes surrounding it and replacing them all. He was neat and when he was finished it all look as new. He was very professional and, came when he said he would and was very easy to get along with. His charges where more than fair and I would wholeheartedly recommend him..

Very happy with the work Tim performed, replacing a pipe that had froze in winter and sprung a leak when I turned on my hose... Despite me contacting him through Thumbtack on a Saturday, he replied right away and came out Monday morning to fix. Excellent service. Reasonable cost.

Tim arrived at the agreed upon time which is such a relief. You can literally see the wheels turning as he assesses what needs to be done and the tools he’ll need to do the repairs. I really appreciated that his commitment to making correctly making the repairs. He actually went over and beyond and I can’t be happier with his work. I highly recommend Tim and will be using him again in near future.

Tim was absolutely amazing! We hired him after reading his amazing reviews and I’m so glad we did! He worked tirelessly to get our 4 br 2.5 bath rental home back to par, this took over a week of work and he always showed up on time and worked with a lot of effort the whole time. He worked with material we had and was able to go to the store and provided receipts for the things we didn’t have. Some of the things he did while in our rental included, painting, new light fixtures, new plumbing fixtures, fixing of broken doors(indoor and outdoor) , some custom floor transitions, new stairway hand railing. He was even able to repair a crack in the wall in our unfinished basement. 100% would recommend and he will be our go to when we get new tenants in
