Job was completed as contracted although I wasn't happy with the way one particular area turned out. Contacted Kevin Prim to discuss and was initially advised he was out of town and would contact me when he returned. I didn't hear back from him so I reached out a second time and was advised that he had some ideas and would contact me shortly. After spending nearly $2,000 with Apropos I was disappointed that I never heard back and will now need to find another landscaper to assist.

Kevin and his team did a great job working with me. They were very responsive and accomplished the job in one day. They completed the job and did what I asked and even more! I’d certainly call Apropos again for any of my landscaping needs! Hire them if you’re looking for quality work and a great team.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is all custom. Working with the client on a budget early on is key. Folks need to know what they are getting into early. A designer from our company may approach a project several different ways in order to work with a certain budget. Sorry nothing is really standard, every project is different. We also have special small crews that focus mostly on Thumbtack customers for quick efficient service which saves money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We specialize in design work. We usually conduct a brief over the phone assessment of the project take a look at photo's if available. Discuss your wish list. A budget may be discussed at this point .Which in turn would reveal what the next step would be, In a lot of cases a meeting on the site to discuss the scope of the project would be set up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Registered landscape Architect , LEED AP GRP's and Green Associates. Member of the Green Building Council
