He was VERY quick to respond to the request. We talked about what I was looking for and found a time a couple of days later for the installation. He arrived on time, made some suggestions to improve the camera placement, and got the work done on as requested. I would definitely recommend them for security camera installations.

Optimized network was able replace our old dvr for our existing wired camera system and got us up and viewing our property remotely in a short amount of time . It saved us from replacing all 6 cameras.

Ashraf came out to our church and did a comprehensive assessment of our facility to help us determine what would be the most appropriate approach to detour theft. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He didn’t try to oversell us on products and services. On the day of the job, he arrived in time. After the project was completed, Ashraf took time to explain how the product worked. We are looking forward to working with Ashraf on phase 2 and 3 of our Audio and Video upgrades.
