Introduction: We provide truly customized personal training to men and women who are serious about improving or maintaining their fitness. Our group of 14 personal trainers and one yoga instructor are mature, experienced professionals who are skilled at developing exercise programs that fit an individual's needs and goals. We can help clients to lose weight, increase strength, energy and endurance, improve balance and posture, decrease stress, enhance sports performance and generally improve overall fitness. We have been training North Shore clients since 1991. We train in our studio or the client's home.

    If you want to learn how and why certain exercises are best for you, we will explain how your body works and the correct way for you to exercise. You will be better able to learn to do the exercises on your own, if you understand the reasons they were chosen for you.
