She arrived with an assistant (on the job training). She was happy to allow me to follow and ask questions and ask for advice. She also provided local contractors for a couple of items I wouldn't attempt myself. A thorough report with pictures was provided by end of the day. The website the report was provided through allowed me to put together a to-do list to repair/replace items in the inspection report.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our team of licensed home inspectors cater to your needs and concerns when buying or selling a home. Every home inspectors will complete in depth inspection of the subject property from roof to the foundation and everything in between; whether you are buying or selling a home. In addition every inspection we do comes with a FREE digital home binder that will alert you on appliance recalls! We pride ourselves specializing in assisting first time home buyers and HUD/bank owned purchases. We are members of NACHI and ASHI organizations for home inspectors. We do have the ability to do a thermal imaging scan at no additional charge during the inspection if needed. The price quoted will be honored with no additional hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will need the property address, your email and a time frame you need the inspection done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been through extensive training and passed the Illinois Home Inspector exam to become licensed. We are constantly educating ourselves to make us more knowledgeable in every aspect.
