I backed out my car before the garage door fully opened. Another pro came in and was trying to sell me with a full replacement because he didn’t do torque mechanism. Called Elijah who was next on my list. Came in within the hour, explained the problem, repaired immediately. Not only was his pricing lower, he didn’t sell. I did not need a full replacement and he restored my garage door.

Elijah was very professional and helpful. We set the appointment, he confirmed prior to arriving and he was punctual. He assessed the situation and explained to me what my options were. I decided to have both of the springs replaced on the garage door. After Elijah completed the repair he took the time to explain how to maintain and care for the new spring coils and other parts of the garage door. I will definitely recommend and refer him to others in need of garage repairs.
