What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different and require different services, so that makes it a challenge to have a set price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our clients so they can see who will be doing their cleaning. We respect our client's business and will do everything we can to keep it clean and secured. After we meet with the potential client we send a free quote through email. If you are just looking for a cheap cleaning company who does not have your best interest in mind then we are not the company for you. We are profesional and believe in doing what is right for our clients. Price is always negotiable but finding the right cleaning company I believe takes a meeting and a hand shake.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in business management from Judson University a private Christian College. I have years of experience in commercial cleaning.
