- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Voice lessons and piano lessons are at each $18 for a half an hour lesson. I collect tuition at the last lesson of the previous month for the next month. I require notification the day before your lesson of cancellations. Except in the case of a child waking up sick then if I'm called before seven we will try to reschedule it or it will be credited to the next month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet my students and find out what their goals and aspirations are. I like to find out a little bit about the schedule and how much time they are going to have to practice. Practicing is essential to making progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Wheaton College Conservatory of music for my teaching degree in music. I have done a lot of Subbing in Music and other subjects especially in the Winnebago area. I do a lot of accompanying for Winnebago Junior High and high school for different competitions. I have sung and played for many different occasions.
