You always decide whether to move forward. ⸻ How My Pricing Works (Designed to Be Fair to You and Sustainable for Me) ✅ Diagnostic Service — $59 This covers a complete professional diagnosis of your appliance. You will pay only the diagnostic fee if: • The appliance is working properly • The issue is related to power, outlet, breaker, water supply, or installation • A safety or control feature is enabled (child lock, demo mode, etc.) • The problem is caused by an external leak or another source 👉 This ensures you are never charged for unnecessary repairs, while my time and expertise are respected. ⸻ ✅ Diagnostic + Repair (Most Common Repairs) $189 — Standard Appliances Includes: • Full diagnosis • Labor for repairs taking up to 2 hours • Applies to most major household brands Parts are quoted separately and approved by you before ordering. ⸻ $239 — High-End & Built-In Appliances Applies to brands such as Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Miele, Bosch, Thermador, and similar. Includes: • Advanced diagnostics • Labor for repairs up to 2 hours • Specialized tools and experience required for premium equipment Parts are quoted separately and approved before repair. ⏱ If Additional Labor Is Required Repairs that require more than 2 hours are quoted separately. This includes major repairs such as: • Refrigerator sealed system work (compressor, evaporator, refrigerant leaks, recharge) • Washing machine bearing, tub, or transmission replacement • Built-in appliance removal/reinstallation and other labor-intensive repairs You will be informed in advance and given a clear additional labor quote. No work is performed without your approval.
