Replacing a home appliance can often feel like a stressful hassle, but Zheka made my recent dishwasher installation an absolute breeze from start to finish.
From the moment I scheduled the appointment, the communication was clear, professional, and reassuring. The technician arrived right on time during the scheduled window, which I deeply appreciated since I didn't want to waste my entire day waiting around. Before starting any work, he took the time to introduce himself, put on protective shoe covers to keep my floors clean, and carefully inspected the space to ensure the new unit would fit seamlessly.
The actual replacement was handled with incredible efficiency and expertise. My kitchen layout presented a few tight plumbing quirks under the sink, but the technician diagnosed and navigated them without a hitch, securely hooking up the water lines and electrical connections. He even tested the new dishwasher through a full cycle to check for proper drainage, leaks, and noise levels before packing up his tools.
What stood out the most was the attention to detail and cleanliness. Not only did he haul away my old, broken dishwasher, but he also left my kitchen spotless, wiping up any stray droplets and ensuring every panel and connection was securely in place.
Finding reliable, top-tier customer service these days can be tough, but Zheka exceeded every expectation. If you need a hassle-free appliance replacement handled by true professionals who respect your home and your time, look no further. I will definitely be calling them for any future home upgrade needs!

Zheka and team were great! He communicated clearly and consistently prior to coming onsite. He arrived exactly when he said he would arrive and finished the project ahead of schedule. His actual work was very professional and if you saw it you would think a big company performed the job. I will definitely hire him again!

Zheka was so responsive and came the next day to my house to put back together a swingset that we had to move. He worked very efficiently! Our swingset was put back together in about an hour. We were very happy with his work. Recommended
