FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of cleaning, and the condition of the space. Private homes can vary significantly, so we review the details before confirming the service. Any extra work or additional charges are discussed in advance. The goal is simple: you should know what you are paying for before the cleaning begins. Discounts may be available for recurring service or selected promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For North Shore clients, we often work with private homes, larger residences, family homes, move-in and move-out projects, and recurring cleaning appointments. We begin by asking about the layout, number of rooms and bathrooms, current condition, pets, timing, access instructions, and the areas that matter most to you. Before arrival, we confirm the scope of work and any special instructions. Our team brings professional supplies and focuses on the practical details of the home—from kitchens and bathrooms to floors, surfaces, and high-touch areas. If a home is lived-in and needs a serious reset, that is useful information, not a reason to feel embarrassed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team receives training in safe cleaning techniques, product use, surface care, and consistent room-by-room service. We pay attention to the materials and condition of the home instead of treating every space exactly the same. Different surfaces, finishes, pets, and household routines may require different handling. Team members are background-checked. We also emphasize clear communication, respect for personal belongings, and careful work in occupied homes.
