Hello, I’m glad you found my page. I offer personal training out of a MyBodyComplex in Northfield, as well as my home gym in Mount Prospect. For those looking for in-home training, my hourly rate extends into commute time as well. Having trained people for 8 years, acquiring my degree in exercise science, along with my competitive experience in bodybuilding and powerlifting, I am certain that I can help you achieve the physical transformation you are looking for. I rely on both knowledge, and experience, whereas many trainers these days only rely on one, using gimmicky, overly complicated exercises to make the client “feel” like they are doing something. I currently work with kids as young as 10 working to create a healthy and active lifestyle, seniors as old as 82 who want to live a long, healthy, and pain free life, as well as everyone in between who just want to improve their physique and get stronger. This includes those with conditions such as Parkinson’s and Autism. Given my background, I would say that body transformation and strength training are my specialties. Standard session is 1 hour but can be adjusted to fit individual needs. Total price will depend on location, and frequency of sessions.
