He came over as soon as he finished the job he was on, found and fixed the problem in a few minutes then tested the fix by checking the water meter flow; turns out we had another leak in a rarely used toilet so he fixed that too. Excellent work!

I recently moved and the home I purchased did not have gas service to the exterior, so I needed a Natural Gas line ran from the interior to the exterior to my deck so I could use my Weber grill and never have to deal with propane tanks! So, I contacted LJ Service late on a Sunday evening...Lucian responded within 30 minutes! He said he could do the job in less than than 2 days. He told me he had a big job planned for Monday and would do his best to be at my house late Monday afternoon/Evening... With that said, he called me 2 or 3 times on Monday to keep me up to date as to how on his progress at the job he already had scheduled. I was impressed with the updates, but it turned out that if he came, he would be working in the dark and I told him late Monday evening to just come on Tuesday. He apologized he could not get it done as I hoped on Monday, because I told him how ready I was to cook something on my grill!!! He replied telling me that he would be at my house at whatever time I requested on Tuesday. Since I now work in the City and commute to the burbs, I told him, anything after 5 would work... well, he was there at 5:15 Lucian came to my home, I told him exactly what I wanted done, we decided on the best place to run the line, he took some measurements, got out his massive drill and within an hour or so, he was finished! I had other contractors come the the new home and give me estimates on the same job and he was 1/2 the cost! Not only because his rate was far less than others, I would hire him again because when speaking with him, he was confident and did his work and did it well! We have already spoken about future projects I need as the house I purchased was built in 1948, so, I need some updating and I plan to use LJ Service in the future
