Great! He even picked up a Thermidor dishwasher locally to install and took away the old . My job was missing a hose so went to get a hose and fixed some electrical issue. Great value! I will use again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fairly priced with all services offered. I beat all commercial business installation pricing. I also reward returning customers with lower prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always offer to do a site visit to get a free estimate. It is always best to see what I am working with as far as site surveying. From there, we can negotiate how the work will be done. Lastly, we can talk about pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an Installer at ABT for 5.5 years. I have learned a lot from my time there and I also work with a Union electrician who I have gained bounds of knowledge from.
