Very quick to respond and showed up the very next day to complete the work. The reason I am taking a star away is because while the work was good it could’ve been better if he had installed a ball valve instead of a compression valve on the water line leading by to the humidifier and also because he accidentally took one my 5 gallon bucket with him which I had purchased just a day prior to catch the dripping water. Update: Chris reached out to me apologizing for accidentally taking the bucket and offered to either bring me another bucket or refund me for it which meant a lot given it’s a day before New Year’s Eve. It speaks a lot to Chris’s character and how much he cares about his clients.
