The job I had Jan do was a floor joist re-attachment on a house built in 1953. The work area was a very cramped mud crawl. The joist has been re-attached and supported with lumber and a jack resting a very substantial block of concrete that had to be mixed and poured onsite. It's a very strong and durable repair. Jan and his partner worked efficiently and safely. I feel that Jan is qualified, honest and reasonable. I would therefore recommend his services to anyone.

I had gutters installed on my garage and a small section of my home.
Jan (Jakubowicz Development) was very easy to deal with. He had good communication throughout the entire process to ensure work was completed in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction.
He can do a variety of work on homes, so I will for sure contact him in the future when/if I have any projects.
