Moving sucks. I moved from Bolingbrook to Palos Hills (about 30 minute drive) in Aug 2025. I hired 2 people from Monolith to pack up the Uhaul I rented, drive over to the new location while I drove the Uhaul, and then unload the truck).On facebook marketplace I bought all the moving blankets and wrapped my stairway and furniture. I also go some strapping.Movers arrived @ 10am exactly as expected and moved everything quickly, efficiently and with zero damage. The guys did a fantastic job.

It is a late review. They helped me move December last year. They are very responsive and professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t damage my furniture. Helped me assemble my bed frame. I am happy with their services.

Excellent experience! They were quick and efficient! Arrived right on time and got right to work. Took my furniture and put it back together no problem. Such excellent experience. Even went above and beyond asked if I needed help organizing or moving furniture around once it was moved in the place. Will definitely book them again and telling all my friends and family that need movers

Monolith did an awesome job on both moving jobs we had. They worked hard-non stop!They moved our things very quickly but carefully. I will definitely recommend this company.Victor was the leader of the move. He was very respectful and timely. The other two workers also did a great job. Danielle was our contact. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer an upfront and easy to understand hourly rate that does not change no matter what is involved with the move. Whether you're on the first floor or the 50th floor, our hourly rate will stay the same. We do not charge for mileage and drive time in between load and unload is included in the hourly rate. We do have a 2 hour minimum for all moves and charge accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out and have customers answer 10 basic questions about their move. These questions consist of basic information such as name, number, email as well as address(es) that we are servicing and item descriptions. We then ask if there are any questions or concerns. From there, if they would like to move forward with the booking process, we confirm the details via email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our movers are formally trained with our mover training program. Our program is up to date with annual updates and each mover gets retrained with each update. Training consists of 2 8-hour days of comprehensive moving knowledge and experience. All movers are trained prior to going out on any moves so that you can be certain you are getting movers who are knowledgeable and equipped to do the job right.
