GDR Culinary and Event Staff made our wedding experience absolutely seamless from beginning to end. From our very first call, Toni set the tone with her professionalism and attention to detail. She clearly explained what to expect, outlined everything we needed to handle on our end, and even provided thoughtful questions to ask the venue to ensure the event ran flawlessly. That level of care and preparation set the tone for everything that followed. One of our biggest worries was flipping the room within the short cocktail hour, but Toni and her team handled it so efficiently that it was over before we even noticed. When we walked back in, the space had been transformed into a beautiful Valentine’s Day celebration that felt magical. Throughout the evening, Toni and her team worked collaboratively with my family, the caterers, bartender, and other vendors to keep everything flowing smoothly between the ceremony and reception. Their ability to coordinate across so many moving parts was truly impressive and allowed us to fully enjoy the celebration without stress. At the end of the night, the venue was spotless. The breakdown and load out were completed so quickly that the venue staff was genuinely impressed. We would absolutely recommend GDR Culinary and Event Staff to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and outstanding event support!

Toni and her team did an excellent job. They were friendly, on time, and professional, and several of our guests mentioned how pleasant the staff were. They kept everything running smoothly so we could focus on spending time with our friends and family. Food was replenished as needed, and at the end of the event they packed up the leftovers so guests could take some home. They also handled all the cleanup, including trash and recycling, and kept the space tidy throughout the night. This was our first time hiring help for an event, and it made things much easier. The bartender was great as well, keeping drinks filled and guests taken care of. We highly recommend Toni and her team for anyone looking to enjoy their event without worrying about the details.

The bartender and waitstaff at the SPN Sneaker Ball were absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, they provided top-tier service with professionalism, efficiency, and such a warm, welcoming attitude. Toni’s team did a great job at our large backyard engagement party this past weekend! The servers were on top of the food and cleanup and were very personable with the guests. Shivan and her cousin were amazing and super fun bartenders. It was tough with all the people and making fresh mojitos (and lots of other drinks) for all the guests but they had it all under control and always with a smile. Toni was very easy to work with and was very communicative. I would hire her and the team again.
