Toni and the staff were pleasant to work with. For a DIY wedding the wait staff and the bartenders made the experience smooth and also made the room swap from a ceremony to reception happen effectively with our family and friends. They also gave out hors d‘oeveres to our guests during the reception and served our buffet style dinner and opened champagne and poured in each guest’s flutes for us. There are many details that went in that I cannot list all but I am glad we got to have the GDR team be there for us. During the planning process we met with Toni many times to communicate the vision and together we had plans in place. This is truly a partnership to make the wedding a success and I am grateful. There were times adjustments needed to be made based on how the situation changed as any big events do and the staff responded well to the changes professionally. If you need a wait staff or bar tenders to help with your event so you can participate in the ceremony, you can rely on the GDR staff so you and your party is not in the backend running around in the kitchen or behind the bar. GDR Culinary and Event Staff made our wedding experience absolutely seamless from beginning to end. From our very first call, Toni set the tone with her professionalism and attention to detail. She clearly explained what to expect, outlined everything we needed to handle on our end, and even provided thoughtful questions to ask the venue to ensure the event ran flawlessly. That level of care and preparation set the tone for everything that followed. One of our biggest worries was flipping the room within the short cocktail hour, but Toni and her team handled it so efficiently that it was over before we even noticed. When we walked back in, the space had been transformed into a beautiful Valentine’s Day celebration that felt magical. Throughout the evening, Toni and her team worked collaboratively with my family, the caterers, bartender, and other vendors to keep everything flowing smoothly between the ceremony and reception. Their ability to coordinate across so many moving parts was truly impressive and allowed us to fully enjoy the celebration without stress. At the end of the night, the venue was spotless. The breakdown and load out were completed so quickly that the venue staff was genuinely impressed. We would absolutely recommend GDR Culinary and Event Staff to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and outstanding event support!

The bartender and waitstaff at the SPN Sneaker Ball were absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, they provided top-tier service with professionalism, efficiency, and such a warm, welcoming attitude. Drinks were served quickly and perfectly, and the staff made sure every guest felt taken care of throughout the night. Their attention to detail and positive energy truly elevated the entire event.
