FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult to quote a price without having a free in-person consultation so we can see exactly what kind of case you have, and how we will approach your defense. We will always be competitive with pricing and are flexible with payment plans. For criminal defense, we do not bill hourly, there will be a flat fee upfront so there are no surprises. We discuss the fees during the free consultation and a decision can be made that is agreeable to the client, and our firm. Nothing is "one size fits all" so we will work with you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new client can make an appointment from our available appointment listing schedule on our contact page on our website or call us directly and setup a free consultation. During the consultation, the prospective client can decide if we are the firm for them. Sometimes a consultation can be done over the phone, but for most criminal offenses, it's best to meet in person and thoroughly go over the case. We are available at all hours, so let us know how we can fit into your schedule.
