Megan was extremely helpful throughout the planning process. On the actual day of the wedding I got countless compliments on the food! Everything that was provided was delicious, fresh, and held up in the heat outside (it was 88 degrees out!) I hired Megan to prepare desserts for a baby shower. She was easy to contact and returned my calls promptly. She listened to what I was thinking of and made suggestions for me to choose from. The four different items I chose were excellent, delivered on time and the presentation was great. Lots of good compliments from the attendees at the shower!

I have several set menus & often create custom menus based on customer's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Going out to eat is the best way to get new ideas & stay current on trends, this "research" is one of the best part of being a caterer!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in restaurants as a teenager. I loved the quick pace & the fact that no day was the same. In this business, no day is ever the same & doesn't feel like work because I enjoy it so much.
