We had some materials in our basement tested for asbestos and used Asbestos Testing & Inspection since they met all of the necessary criteria - licensed, insured, provide certified results from an accredited lab. Scheduling was really easy over email and a flat fee meant no surprises with cost. The fact that they don't perform abatement gave us assurances that there is no conflict of interest and that we'd get an honest result. We got good news (no asbestos!) but can rest easy now knowing that we have an independent and qualified test result thanks to Asbestos Testing & Inspection.
