These guys were awesome, Plain and simple. Within less than an hour of inquiring I received a reply. They were out to my house within a day to assess my problem which was bats in my attic. They were informative and stayed in touch all throughout the process. After their initial inspection they gave me an extremely fair price relative to competitors' pricing and had the bat exclusion complete within a week. They also helped me to deal with my insurance company to get me a net zero out of pocket expense for services rendered. This is a father and son business, and as such the customer service and dedication to quality and customer satisfaction was impeccable. I have already actively referred them to other people I know dealing with animal control issues and I will continue to do so. Ryan is very responsive and is working around difficult weather conditions. We are still waiting for the squirrel(rodent) to exit out of the exclusion (one-way exit) from the attic so that work can be done in the attic to assess the situation, clean up, and repair any damage. Hopefully the problem will be resolved soon.

Pricing is relative to the animal we are removing and or the repairs necessary But we have basic pricing for standard Trapping or Exclusion fees Usually email or 2 minute phone conversation can give customer general price info

Establish what is the issue, Formulate a process towards a solution, Execute the plan. Making sure the job is done and the customer is satisfied! Then set traps accordingly Then evaluate damage done to property and price all of it together
