- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is relative to the animal we are removing and or the repairs necessary But we have basic pricing for standard Trapping or Exclusion fees Usually email or 2 minute phone conversation can give customer general price info
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish what is the issue, Formulate a process towards a solution, Execute the plan. Making sure the job is done and the customer is satisfied! Then set traps accordingly Then evaluate damage done to property and price all of it together
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in operation since 1988. We stand behind almost 40 years of on the job experience. Been in business doing construction for 34 years Can't beat experience
