Introduction

What separates us from our competitors, is that we include pre-treatment, with agitation and dwell time, and a deodorizer in our basic carpet cleaning service. Other companies will offer a low price for a quick pass of the wand, and then charge at a minimum $.20 per square foot for the additional services that we include in our price! There are three things that I love about my job, in no particular order: I get to work with my wife, we are a great duo! I provide customers a service that helps them to rid their carpet of pollutants and increase their heath. Lastly, providing amazing customer service, and having satisfied customers that are always so pleased with the result of their carpet cleaning service.

Frank did a great job cleaning our carpets. We have four pets and he worked hard getting stains out. Our carpets looked practically new! I will definitely hire him again.

Frank was outstanding! He is very friendly, professional and pleasant to work with. No hidden cost or up charges like those other guys who drive around in the fancy green and yellow trucks. He is a hard worker who doesn't take short cuts. Oh and by the way....Frank was also RIGHT ON TIME (I hate when you spend a half a day waiting for a service pro who is late or doesn't even call or show up). I will certainly use Frank again when I'm ready for my next carpet cleaning!!!

Frank's quote was very reasonable and I chose him based on that and his excellent reviews. He did an excellent job cleaning all carpets in the house on time and at his quoted price. He's very professional and has truck mounted cleaning equipment, nothing portable or second rate.

Frank was very Polite, Punctual and informative. He worked hard and quickly and did a phenomenal job. Our carpet was heavily soiled in our office, when employees walked in 2 days later after cleaning they could see the difference immediately, Smelled clean and looks 20 times better (for dingy old brown office carpet :) ) We will definitely be contacting Frank again!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated. Our basic service includes pre-treatment, agitation, dwell time, and steam cleaning with a deodorizer. We offer pet odor and urine remediation, as well as scotchgard treatment at a per square foot price each.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attend classes throughout the year at Jon Don, in Roselle, IL
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had previous experience with carpet cleaning and floor restoration, so when I was able to start my own business, I wanted to do something that would benefit others and improve the health of my customers. It is also something that my wife and I can do together, which is an additional benefit to me.
