What separates us from our competitors, is that we include pre-treatment, with agitation and dwell time, and a deodorizer in our basic carpet cleaning service. Other companies will offer a low price for a quick pass of the wand, and then charge at a minimum $.20 per square foot for the additional services that we include in our price!
There are three things that I love about my job, in no particular order: I get to work with my wife, we are a great duo! I provide customers a service that helps them to rid their carpet of pollutants and increase their heath. Lastly, providing amazing customer service, and having satisfied customers that are always so pleased with the result of their carpet cleaning service.

We’ve hired these guys twice to do our floors and are in the process of scheduling a third. They do a great job and are very reasonable with their prices as well!
Frank did an excellent job. He was efficient, was able to add a room I did not ask for. The stains were all out thanks to Supreme Flooring. I have been recommending and passing out cards to others.

Frank did a great job! He showed up on time & was extremely professional. He tried very hard to get some stains out I was unaware were there nor did I expect him to get them out! Very reasonably priced & will use him again.

Frank is very knowledgeable about tile and grout, and natural stone. I was amazed at the speed and quality of his work, I will definitely hire him again for floor cleaning and restoration. We had stubborn dirt in the grout that would not come clean but Frank was able to steam it out and he didn't get any residual water anywhere else. Outstanding job Frank!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated. Our basic service includes pre-treatment, agitation, dwell time, and steam cleaning with a deodorizer. We offer pet odor and urine remediation, as well as scotchgard treatment at a per square foot price each.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attend classes throughout the year at Jon Don, in Roselle, IL
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had previous experience with carpet cleaning and floor restoration, so when I was able to start my own business, I wanted to do something that would benefit others and improve the health of my customers. It is also something that my wife and I can do together, which is an additional benefit to me.
