- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have some standard pricing but most is bid according to the job. Each job is different and requires different materials and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to come out and give a free estimate. It is hard to give an accurate bid without seeing the job. I try and do most of the work myself but also have 2 employees who have been with the company for 15 years.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years in the industry.
