- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have some standard pricing for fence repairs but most of my deck work is bid according to the job. Each job is different and requires different materials and labor. My pricing is very competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out and give a free estimate for any new deck, deck repair or deck remodel. It is hard to give an accurate bid without seeing the job. For fence repair I can offer pricing if I can see the problem areas in a few pictures first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 27 years in the industry.
