- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, yes for example installing tile is the same everywhere but the prep work involved is almost always different in every case. From pulling up many different layers of existing flooring to different sub-floors underneath, and all of the different things required to prepare the surface so you have a properly installed long lasting floor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to find out a little bit about what the customer is looking to get done, 2nd especially if it's a bigger job I like to meet with the customer to look at the job in person, take measurements, and go over exactly what the customer wants. 3rd i like to go over what is involved in doing the specific work they are looking for. 4th I take all of the information I have obtained and work on an honest accurate estimate that I will email the customer as soon as possible. 5th if the customer decides to go with us, we work out a schedule that suites them and we begin work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of on the job training with some of the most qualified carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.
