James first did a thorough inspection of my roof and then gave me a fair quote. He picked up several replacement parts on his way to do the job, fixed everything I asked him to do, and even used a leaf blower to clean out my gutters while he was up on the roof. Thumbs up👍. I would definitely hire him again or recommend him to others.

James from CSR was great! Fast response with best price. Came out to the house to fix a leaky roof within 48 hours. He was polite and informative. I had other problem areas with the roof and he offered to fix for less than I expected. Hard worker. Would definitely hire again and recommend to all.

We are so happy with our roof and the restoration that CSR provided. Just purchasing a home and seeing that the roof is in desperate need of maintenance had both me and my husband scared of what might be actually wrong. James was extremely honest, took detailed pictures during the estimate, and explained the process of the repair to us. We got several quotes but felt most comfortable with CSR due to the professionalism and detail of the quote provided. James came out and took such great care of our roof and worked so hard. He hand scraped the moss overgrowth on each shake that required it, replaced, and sealed our cedar roof. The roof looks beautiful and we feel secure going into the winter months knowing he did such a great job.

Very professional, on time, and quick to respond. I did not have the exact shingles needed for the repair, but was able to modify what I had and blend so you would never know. I am an x contractor and very picky. I would highly recommend.
