Arrived on time, was very thorough and explained everything to me. I ended up having Josiah do a maintenance servicing on my sunrooms built in furnace as well. I will be using j3 for all future heating/cooling maintenance and service calls. Next up will be my dryer vent cleaning.

Josiah helped me understand what was causing the problem I had with my AC unit. He showed me pictures from the attic giving me a good visual of what was causing the condensation. I would definitely contact him again if I have any issues in the future. Thanks again!
Seems like a pretty decent job. Will update over time. Pricing is better than home Depot.
Also asked him to service furnace. He identified capacitor that should be replaced to avoid bigger trouble later.

In-house estimates are free if you live within 20 miles of Aurora
Flat rate of only $75 to come diagnose your heat or AC problem.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically ill come to your house to look over the project and give you a quote to perform the work start to finish. Then if you'd like to proceed we schedule a time to perform the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Graduated Trade School with HVAC certificate in 2012
- EPA Universal Certification (to handle all refrigerants)
- Master Mechanical certified through ICC (to know most up-to-date mechanical building codes)
- 6 yrs working in the Industry
