- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In-house estimates are free if you live within 20 miles of Aurora Flat rate of only $75 to come diagnose your heat or AC problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically ill come to your house to look over the project and give you a quote to perform the work start to finish. Then if you'd like to proceed we schedule a time to perform the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Graduated Trade School with HVAC certificate in 2012 - EPA Universal Certification (to handle all refrigerants) - Master Mechanical certified through ICC (to know most up-to-date mechanical building codes) - 6 yrs working in the Industry
