Sosa Services washed, sanded and restained my deck for a reasonable price. They were responsive when I texted them about scheduling and other questions. When I noticed an area with prior wood damage that needed more attention, they came back onsite and repaired with putty and restained. I will use them again and will recommend them to others.

We had a great experience with Sosa Services power washing our house and painting our shutters. They were reasonably priced and did excellent work. They were able to complete both projects in a timely manner. We will be in touch for future projects!

It started off the guy saying he was coming to start but that took weeks he then changed up what he said he would do for the money then we he finally came to do the job he did ok but they didn’t finish he ended up having to come back and fix one of the porch boards that was coming up that he was suppose to fix initially but they didn’t finish painting what we agreed on and it took him a ENTIRE month if not more to come back and finally finish the job left paint spots on the walkway left garbage this company was not professional in my opinion again they did a ok job overall but I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to nobody else you have to be more professional when you take peoples money
