FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are determined by the level of services needed. After getting an idea of your goals during the FREE consultation, prices are based on: the amount or decluttering, removal, or organizing needed, size of the space(s), current levels of organization, traveling distance, and the time that needed to complete the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main goal when working with a client is that I completely understand their current challenges, needs, and specific goals when working with them. The first step is scheduling a FREE consultation that can be done in person (preferably in the actual space) or via phone call (and pictures sent of the space). After understanding the client's needs, I then do an in-home assessment (with non-refundable fee put towards final total) to gather measurements and organizational product needs. I then create a detailed plan for the space and will send you a proposal within 48 hours. During that planning time, I will use the information the client gave me to: research products needed to create optimal organization systems or storage, space plan and see if there are better design options, decide the amount of time and personnel needed to complete the project, and decide what supplies will be needed. If the client agrees to the proposal, a date will be scheduled to begin. The client will then purchase the recommended products (optional) and the actual work on the project will begin!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified organization specialist. I was a former public school teacher for the past 14 years who specifically worked with a diverse group of students and adults (special needs, neurodivergent, ADHD) and taught organizational skills along with other academic content. I earned my Master's of Psychology from Ball State University, so I am able to help clients with targeted strategies. I am in the process earning my NAPO certification, which is the highest industry standard available to ensure professionals are ethical, knowledgable, and accountable.
