Introduction
I use a combination of ballet, Pilates, yoga and jazz dance to stretch and tone bodies. I work with people who have no dance experience and trained dancers. This method of exercise is gentle but challenging and is perfect for strength training and weight loss. My methods of teaching are positive, clear and easy to follow.
