Introduction
After graduating from Vincennes University in 2006 with an Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology, I became a sheet metal worker in 2007, serving a 5 year apprenticeship and obtaining several welding certifications.
I worked my way to 'Journeyman' status in 2012, focusing primarily on welding stainless steel, aluminum, mild steels and custom metal fabrication.

I am a retired computer project manager. After a couple years of retirement I became very bored and decided to do a home improvement project, so I went to the building commission and got ok'd to add a 600 sq. ft. addition to my garage and a 400 sq.ft addition to my house. My goal is to do all the work myself. I am 80% done and have done all the work except for 6 hours. I hired a plummer to put in 5 drains for 4 hours and I hired Chad to weld a 7 ft. piece of 10 inch used I Beam to a 19 ft. piece of used I Beam to give me a 26 ft I beam that replaced the original back wall of my garage and supports one end of the 30 ft. depth I added with no center supports. I took a welding class many years ago but I was not even close to thinking I could weld anything holding that much weight. Chad's MIG welded joint is not only strong but professional looking. I would recommend him to anyone.

Chad removed a dead tree that had blown down. He was very quick and clean-up was outstanding. Extra care was taken to cut the stump below ground level making it easier for mowing. I would definitely use his services again.

Replaced a couple outdoor porch fixtures, showed up on time, completed timely, cleaned up area once complete, did a great job. I will contact Chad in the future for additional work.
