- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is by the job not by the hour. Currently my prices range from 65.00-210.00. Pricing depends on multiple factors such as square footage, how many people/Offices occupy the place of business, were if any, smokers go., what are the cleaning expectations, and how often does place of business needs cleaned: weekly & Bi-weekly are the most commonly scheduled for commercial accounts. monthly cleanings are more common with small and low traffic in and out of business, and one time clean's are mostly seasonal businesses or have there in house cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1) gather (job & communication) info. 2) pick a date and time for the purpose of seeing personally what's needed for material, chemical list, expectations & to get a game plan ready for first clean. 3) discuss on pricing and a date for first initial cleaning or your preferences on a recurring schedule whether weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been involved in the cleaning industry for over 38 Yrs. Associates Degree in Human Resource Management Member of the BBB also was a member of BNI
