I had a leaky pipe in the basement. I contacted them and they called me right away after hrs. They squeezed me in the next day. Then they called next day to say they could get there earlier. Great! He was here less than an hour and the pipe was replaced and no longer leaking. He was professional, answered my questions, just overall great to work with.
