- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I never changed for a quote only for completed work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer and get to know what the customer goal is. do they want to know when the kid comes home, worried about theft, need a tv wall mount. then come up with a plan and be as upfront as I can with pricing so they don't have any surprises and then keep that communication up thought the completion of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been the tech guy for my family for years and I have do internet and tv installed for years. I still work in the telecommunications industry and I bring all my knowledge from working on high enterprises installs at my day job to my side business.
