Patrick from the Fort Wayne office came out to give a free estimate at 5 pm and didn't leave until almost 6 hours later. He took measurements to show exactly where and how bad our floors were sinking. We developed a plan on how to address it so we can do some desperately needed remodeling. He was very cordial and the poor guy had to put up with my husband for that long. He was very thorough both in his inspection and explaining things in a way we understood.

Andrew Parker inspected home, had a plan and was great to work with. The work crew, Jordon, Chris and Chris came a few days later. Nikki Myers from Groundworks was very thorough and professional in explaining in detail what was causing the cracks in our walls and how to permanently fix the problem. She made sure we understood the process and she also was very helpful with the finance. Her friendly and personable disposition made it a pleasure to do business with her. Highly recommend.
