Excellent service, very responsive, and I am very happy with the end result. The software program they used for estimates and payment was awkward and was problematic in terms of getting a proper initial estimate. Owner worked well with me about this problem and is addressing these software issues, but it was a bit of a hassle at the start. I would use this company again, despite these technical issues.

We purchased our home knowing we needed to gut the entire inside. Upon finishing we realized the outside no longer matched all of the work we had done inside. Jorge and Painter Bros met our expectations and went above and beyond what we envisioned. Not only did they make the outside of our home beautiful, but they were patient with us as we were very indecisive with what we wanted and even changed our mind last minute. They were more than supportive of us and ensured we were satisfied. The project was completed today and we have already had multiple neighbors walk past in awe of the transformation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our software it is state of the art. The premium will be based on the specification of the property. I do price matching as long as it is almost the same quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I confirmed appointment with the customer. Once I show up, I will ask them to show me what is it that they want to paint. I will do my measurement and offer a proposal on the spot unless something is different may take me a day. If customer accepts proposal, job will be schedule once the customer picks the color and type of paint.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to two weeks training with the Franchise. They taught me everything that can be given in two weeks.
