- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our software it is state of the art. The premium will be based on the specification of the property. I do price matching as long as it is almost the same quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I confirmed appointment with the customer. Once I show up, I will ask them to show me what is it that they want to paint. I will do my measurement and offer a proposal on the spot unless something is different may take me a day. If customer accepts proposal, job will be schedule once the customer picks the color and type of paint.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to two weeks training with the Franchise. They taught me everything that can be given in two weeks.
