- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are tailored to fit each client's individual needs. Our price covers your federal and 1 state tax return, audit protection and identity restoration service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All Client Intake is virtual, for your tax review appointment you have the option of virtual, mobile or schedule an in-office appointment. Step 1. Book a Welcome Call Appointment Book a appointment to meet your tax pro and discuss your tax needs. You will be provided with an estimate at this time on what your tax prep fees will be and we will also answer any questions you might have. A $50 deposit is required before any tax preparation work is started. The deposit in non-refundable and will be deducted from your tax preparation fees. Step 2. Setup your client portal by downloading our Mobile App Once your client portal is setup, you can access it from your mobile device or from your desktop using the web link. Step 3. After you tax preparation in complete, book your Tax Review appointment After your tax prep is complete you will be sent an invoice, a link to schedule a Tax Review Appointment and a summary of your tax prep will be downloaded in your client portal. After your Welcome call you will electronically sign your tax documents in your client portal, once your return is accepted by the IRS a copy of your tax return will be downloaded to your client portal and a copy of your tax return will be mailed to you.
