- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope and duration of the event, along with any specific deliverables needed. I don’t offer “one-size-fits-all” packages — each quote is tailored so clients are paying for what they actually need. There are no hidden fees, and timelines are discussed up front. Once we agree on scope, pricing is clear and predictable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a brief conversation to understand the event, goals, and logistics. From there, I outline a clear plan for coverage, timing, and deliverables so expectations are aligned before moving forward. On the day of the event, my role is to work independently and capture everything as planned. Afterward, I deliver the agreed-upon videos on a dependable timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent years working professionally in video production, with hands-on experience filming live events, interviews, and time-sensitive situations where preparation and execution matter. Much of my training comes from real-world production — learning how to plan coverage, manage audio, and adapt quickly in live environments.
