What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always looking into computer repair learning web sites and studying computer problems. I have taken college courses in computers. I have passed the ComPTA A+ Certification test and I have also passes the CIW "Certified Web Internet Professional" CIW v5 Associate exams.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
This type of work is fascinating. It is never the same each day. As I already stated, I am specially suited for this kind of work.
