- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All services beyond 25 miles of the studio will have a travel fee added to them. I usually figure this amount off of whatever the IRs is using as it's standard milage, though I may round it up to the nearest $10 amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
That depends on my timeline and package. I try to make sure on all standard and premium packages that I meet with client's for coffee so we can get to know one another before I photograph your event, dependant on your timeline of course.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years of formal photography classes. And 1000s of hours of unofficial self prompted online training.
