I use flat rate pricing on most jobs so the homeowner knows the exact final price before the job is started. I charge per vent on air duct/dryer vent cleanings.

Discuss the job over the phone/in person. Do the job on the spot or schedule for a future date. Complete the job in a timely/professional manor.
