I had an issue with my heat going out in the middle of the cold weather, and he came out and took care of everything quickly. My heat kit went bad and he made sure everything was working before he left, and safely shut down the outdoor unit since those parts can be taken care of later. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and patience walking me through everything. I will use him again. Thank you
