Tyler and Elmer did excellent work after my basement flooded right after I moved into my house. The job ended up being quite extensive, requiring not just remodeling a previously finished basement but waterproofing measures both inside and outside. I was satisfied with the timing of the project and they were patient as I had to be to ensure we had a better understanding of where the water was coming from. It was a series of problem/solutions and as I said became comprehensive. I felt the pricing was good considering research I had done on costs of the type of work. They also helped me be proactive by giving me choices of quality materials to help reduce or prevent any future issues.

I needed to have the snow plowed from our driveway. Tyler got in touch right away and we talked about the job. He was very polite, professional and able to get to the job quickly. We ultimately did not need him because a family member was able to help me out. I do plan on contacting T&M Solutions again for future remodeling jobs that we have planned in the future. “Above and Beyond Snow Removal Service from this bad ass wife and husband team Maria and Tyler!!! I cannot say enough good things about the incredible service I received for my driveway and sidewalk snow removal! From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. They arrived promptly, fully equipped, and worked tirelessly to ensure every inch of my driveway and sidewalk was cleared to perfection. Not only did they remove all the snow, but they also salted the surface to prevent ice from forming, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated extra step. What truly impressed me was their attention to detail—edges were neatly cleared, the paths to my front door and mailbox were immaculate, and they even removed snow from hard-to-reach areas I hadn’t expected them to handle. The team was friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. This service has far exceeded my expectations and is worth every penny. A few examples to determine pricing would be the size of the project, the type of project, what you are looking for and any special request you may have. From start to finish we will communicate pricing, any updates or changes to the project will be communicated ahead. We have competitive but affordable rates & offer superior workmanship with the use of high quality materials. Estimates: All Estimates are free, we will email each client an estimate for their request within a 24 hour period. We will include all details of the scope of work, we can itemize the estimate with a breakdown of materials & labor. We want to ensure transparency and understanding of the work being performed with a detailed estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Standard+1 process for working with a new client(s) are: Initial Contact: On this platform if you direct pick us, it will notify us of your project request. We will reach out to you via phone call, text message & the messaging portion of thumbtack in a quick response time to ensure we have a chance to speak with you and you have the opportunity to work with a company set out different then the rest. Your Problem, Our Solution! B. Understanding the Scope of Work: We discuss the details of the project, the timeline, the budget or I will quote a ball park figure on the sport for most projects if you dont know a budget. We are experienced in this industry and can guide and lead you in the proper direction. C. Estimates: All Estimates are free, after viewing the project or pictures we will put together an estimate to send over to you. Once you have reviewed the estimate, if it makes sense to you, there is an approve button for you to accept us as your Preferred Contractor! D. Once approved we will schedule a projected start date, deliver materials near the start date and collect the deposit of the project.
