Had a very great experience with T&M Property Solutions! We had old 70s interior doors that needed replaced and upgraded. They completely removed and installed our doors with solid wood doors that were primed and painted for a great value. This project would’ve easily taken us a few days to complete. They got everything done within a day. We absolutely would recommend, and will be considering using them for many of our future projects that we have planned ahead!

Tyler and Elmer did excellent work after my basement flooded right after I moved into my house. The job ended up being quite extensive, requiring not just remodeling a previously finished basement but waterproofing measures both inside and outside. I was satisfied with the timing of the project and they were patient as I had to be to ensure we had a better understanding of where the water was coming from. It was a series of problem/solutions and as I said became comprehensive. I felt the pricing was good considering research I had done on costs of the type of work. They also helped me be proactive by giving me choices of quality materials to help reduce or prevent any future issues.

T & M Property Solutions did a great job on repairing and refinishing our deck. Very responsive and fully communicated everything, performed the work when they said they would and made adjustments as needed to get the desired result. The quality of their work was top notch. I would definitely contact T & M again for home improvements and repairs.

The owner, Tyler, and his crew did an outstanding job. I had several handyman type projects as well as several rooms to be painted. Everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. The cost was very reasonable. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend them.
