- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get what you pay for. So if you want to great groom you may pay a little bit more than you would with the person next-door who is cheaper. But if you want a great groom then I am the one
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Filling out a new client form copy of shot records then talking about their dog and what they would like to have done. making sure they have my contact information so they would like to call during the groom and check on the dog they can. I asure them that is soon as the dog is done I called them and they have the option to come and pick up their dog rt then
